My name is Codou Diop, I am a working mom of two, I live in Austin, TX. I am originally from Senegal, from a little island off the coast of Dakar called Gorée, and have been quite the globe trotter, before settling down in the US, I have lived in France and Canada.

As far as I can remember I have always been passionate about fashion and skincare. Growing up in Sénégal I have always been mesmerized by the garments my mother and the women in my family wore. All the different textures and the vibrant colors of the African fabrics have always been a source of inspiration for me.

I have created Codou’s Way in February 2017 to celebrate my love for fashion and skincare. It will be a place where I will be sharing: my personal style, my favorite skincare products and about my life in general etc.
