Elegant Work Look: White Blouse & Slim-Fit Pants

Happy Monday Loves, I hope you all had an excellent weekend. Wow it’s been a hot minute since I’ve written on the blog. But I promise I am going to redeem myself, I have styled several outfits that I hope will inspire you to create your own looks. Since it is Monday, I am bringing you an elegant work look today. I work in an environment where I don’t have to be dressed up all the time, so I appreciate that flexibility. Some days I want to take it easy and just go with a simple look, some days I want to look good. And this look makes me feel feminine and elegant, it is sleek and professional and just an easy business look. I went with a pair of slim-fit mid-rise pants paired with a contrast trim blouse. I love the flowy fabric and the V-neck neckline. I find black such an easy color combo to pull off. And you can add some colorful touches with accessories. A red pair of shoes or purses would have gone well with this look as well. I usually buy my work pants at Mango or H&M they have a wide selection of affordable styles. I have attached a shop the post link below. I purchased the pants and the blouse during Mango’s sale (still ongoing) so this whole look was under $100. I love a good bargain. I don’t hesitate to buy something at full price if I really love it and am afraid it will sell out. But most of the time I wait for sales to get a bigger bang for my buck. Mango’s Sale is so good, discounts are up to 70%. So take advantage of it, there are a lot of pieces that will very easily transition into fall, plus it looks like it is going to be summer for a long time.
